Ravenna Brewing Opening April 15th
To the delight of the Ravenna neighborhood, cool Ravenna Brewing Co has announced their Opening on April 15th.
Celebrate the completion of your taxes (or if you’re a CPA, celebrate being done with everyone else’s taxes) by heading to Ravenna Brewing Company for their opening day.
Around the corner of 55th Ave NE & 26th, their indoor seating will include a peek of the brewery operations and a sunny patio will grace the outdoors for your (and our) drinking pleasure. Aaaahhh yes, another patio. I can’t get enough of those in Seattle – especially if they have the right beer to match it! (I love me some pale ale’s or sours on a sunny day). Can we put in our request now for a citrusy pale ale for the months of July through September?
RT: @RavennaBrewing It's official! At 4pm on Friday April 15th the #RavennaBrewing era begins. We cannot wait… Click To TweetAs if we could just choose or order up what kind of beer they serve, from what I’ve read this will definitely be more of a neighborhood brewery actually allowing input from locals on what beers to have on tap. I was delighted to see they plan to play an active role in helping to develop the neighborhood. Because what brings together people better than beer?
Husband-and-wife duo, Tommy & Elise Ortega, were originally going to call the brewery ‘Ol’ Faithful’, but we like the pick of Ravenna Brewing Co (and the logo – I’m a sucker for trees). I drove by it yesterday and the sign looks amazing on the side of the building. I will definitely be adding a beer shirt to my collection.
We’re looking forward to this new place opening up and supporting another local craft beer right here in the city. Best of luck to everyone at Ravenna Brewing Co on their next month of preparation, we are rooting for you!
And for everyone else – we’ll see you there?
